Nap Assistant — SMS Program & Consent

Program description

“Nap” is Naptic LLC’s conversational assistant. Naptic LLC team members and authorized client contacts text our toll-free number +1 (855) 608-6235 with questions and product ideas. Nap replies with answers grounded in that contact’s own project documentation and logs feature requests for our team. This is two-way, recipient-initiated messaging to a fixed, pre-authorized list. It is not marketing and is never sent to purchased or third-party lists.

How recipients opt in

Recipients are added individually during onboarding. At that time the contact:

• provides their own mobile number to Naptic LLC, and
• agrees — verbally and in their written Naptic LLC onboarding/services agreement — to receive SMS replies from the Nap assistant at that number.

Every conversation is then initiated by the recipient texting our number first. No message is sent to anyone who has not been onboarded and provided their number. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or consent to any third party.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies and is conversational (we reply when you text us). Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you will receive no further messages.
• Reply START to re-subscribe.
• Reply HELP for help, or email jordan@synapticstack.ai.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and message content are used only to operate the Nap assistant and are not shared with third parties for their marketing. No mobile information is sold. See our full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
